Please order excess inventory by serial number and product description only.
All products are current production, new or like new condition, unless otherwise described, and include all installation and operating instructions and plumbing and valving, if applicable, to make the unit fully operational.
Installation is the responsibility of the buyer and problems resulting from incorrect installation are the responsibility of the installer. PLEASE NOTE; safety and operating efficiency can be seriously compromised as a result of incorrect installation.
Determining suitability for a particular application or fit compatibility to a machine or other attachments is the sole responsibility of the buyer. ACS will assist where possible but assumes no responsibility for fit or suitability.
All attachments are warranted to perform as advertised provided they are used in a manner for which they were designed and intended. Excess inventory products carry no further warranty coverage from ACS.
