Asbury Stainless Steel Buckets
A General Purpose Bucket designed for corrosive operating applications such as battery recycling, corrosive chemicals and fertilizers. An Asbury Stainless Steel GP Bucket will deliver a 700-800% greater operating lifespan in a corrosive environment than a similar bucket manufactured with standard carbon steel.
Stainless steel is used for the entire bucket including the ear group (mounting brackets on the rear), rib group, and welds to offer the maximum resistance against bucket deterioration and corrosion. An entire bucket constructed of stainless steel material provides greater life and less maintenance than buckets equipped with only stainless internal liners.
Optional Bolt-On Wear edges are made of Standard Wear Alloy Material to provide the best durability against abrasive wear on the cutting edge and bottom of the bucket.

Features
-
100% Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is used to build every component of the bucket including the ear group (mounting brackets on the rear), rib group, and welds to offer the maximum resistance against deterioration and corrosion. -
Easy Rebuilds
Heavy wear areas are designed to be separate components of the bucket anatomy, so when they finally do need replaced, you can do so cleanly, more easily and achieve “like-new” results.
Options
-
Bolt-On Edge
Increase the lifespan of your bucket with a beveled, wear-resistant steel edge that takes the brunt of all first-contact impacts. Double-sided for twice extended life; when one side wears down, simply turn it around to expose the fresh edge. Weld-on AR 400 steel skid pads at bottom rear of bucket included. Factory painted and installed to match either ACS or OEM hole patterns.
-
Spill Guard
Prevents material from spilling towards the loader while in full roll-back and protects hydraulic lines and linkage from damage by falling debris.
