Territory Sales Manager - Mobile Equipment Attachments

Position Summary:  

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing of ACS equipment attachments.  Position will meet customers’ needs and grow market share while maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit and attaining sales unit targets.  

Essential Job Functions:

  • Plan and organize a sales strategy that includes individual account plans to meet or exceed Company target for units, dollars and gross profit
  • Maintain relationships with current customers and establish relationships with new customers/prospects to enhance the potential to sell new equipment, to increase market awareness and increase market share
  • Work with customers and potential customers to fully understand their needs, wants, concerns, satisfaction and expectations by seeking information and opinions
  • Based on customer needs, formulate value-selling based professional presentations
  • Quote and negotiate prices and prepare contracts and record and close orders
  • Maintain company CRM with customer interaction; maintain accurate and up to date call logs and prospect lists
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing of attachments and post-sale service in assigned territory of responsibility
  • Responsible to meet customers’ needs and increase revenue while maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit
  • Submit periodic reports detailing lost sales activities and evaluate the results of such lost sales
  • Attend training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new equipment and sales processes
  • Make it easy for the customer to do business with the company

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Preferred
  • 2 - 5 years of heavy equipment sales experience
  • Clean MVR

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, self-motivations and communication skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and application systems skills required
  • A basic understanding of the Industrial, Earth Moving or Construction industry

Travel:

Travel is up to 50 % within North America

Lead Generation Specialist

Position Summary:  

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for supporting Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives via telephone, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.

 Essential Job Functions:

  • Source new sales opportunities using lead generation techniques
  • Make outbound calls to follow through on marketing-generated inbound leads and execute on lead nurturing strategy
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospect’s pain points to help determine the best solutions ACS has available to meet those needs
  • Contact qualified leads to set up appointments for Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers
  • Create, organize and track leads using Infor CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities
  • Conduct account-based research to personalize outreach as well as identify key buying influencers within these prospects/customers and determine budget and timeline on a per opportunity basis
  • Meet monthly and quarterly qualified leads and revenue objectives
  • Exhibit best practices on prospecting, qualification and attended meeting generation
  • Provide weekly accurate forecasts to the inside sales manager

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of sales related work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment and professionalism
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and experienced with CRM software
  • Discipline to maintain high call volumes
  • Prior consistent quota achievement/top performance in sales/business development
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Recruitment/employer branding industry knowledge
