Territory Sales Manager - Mobile Equipment Attachments

Position Summary:  

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing of ACS equipment attachments.  Position will meet customers’ needs and grow market share while maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit and attaining sales unit targets.  

Essential Job Functions:

  • Plan and organize a sales strategy that includes individual account plans to meet or exceed Company target for units, dollars and gross profit.
  • Maintain relationships with current customers and establish relationships with new customers/prospects to enhance the potential to sell new equipment, to increase market awareness and increase market share.
  • Work with customers and potential customers to fully understand their needs, wants, concerns, satisfaction and expectations by seeking information and opinions.
  • Based on customer needs, formulate value-selling based professional presentations.
  • Quote and negotiate prices and prepare contracts and record and close orders
  • Maintain company CRM with customer interaction; maintain accurate and up to date call logs and prospect lists.
  • Responsible for the sales and marketing of attachments and post-sale service in assigned territory of responsibility.
  • Responsible to meet customers’ needs and increase revenue while maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit.
  • Submit periodic reports detailing lost sales activities and evaluate the results of such lost sales.
  • Attend training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new equipment and sales processes.
  • Make it easy for the customer to do business with the company.


  • BS/BA Preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years of heavy equipment sales experience.
  • Clean MVR

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, self-motivations and communication skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and application systems skills required
  • An basic understanding of the Industrial , Earth Moving, or Construction industry


Travel is up to 50 % within North America

Business Development Specialist - Kent, Ohio

The Business Development Specialist will contact construction equipment dealers to develop business. Relationships, follow up and product knowledge will be paramount to success as the Business Development Specialist.

We are looking for an experienced individual who has worked in an inside sales role selling technical products. The Business Development Specialist will conduct sales calls, produce quotations, follow up with customers and obtain sales orders. The individual must be comfortable on the phone speaking with new contacts and answering questions for our customers.

  • Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
